Who we are

Priority 3 Business Coaching is operated by an Australian sole trader trading as Priority 3 Business Coaching. Privacy enquiries can be sent to p3businesscoaching@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, business name and whether you have chosen to receive marketing. We may also collect information you provide during later correspondence or coaching engagements.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To communicate with you and provide agreed coaching services.
  • To send coaching insights, news or offers only when you have opted in.
  • To manage our business, meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests.

You can make a general enquiry without opting in to marketing.

How information is collected and shared

Information is collected directly from you, including through this website, email, phone and coaching conversations. Website enquiries are delivered using Resend, an email service provider. We may also disclose information to technology, professional and administrative service providers where reasonably necessary, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Overseas processing

Some service providers, including email and technology providers, may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where their service providers operate. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy and security arrangements.

Marketing communications

If you give express consent, we may send relevant coaching tips, news and offers by email. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contacting us. Service messages and direct replies to your enquiry are not marketing subscriptions.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business records and legal obligations, then securely deleted or de-identified where practical. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing us. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. If the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies and you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
