Nature of coaching

Priority 3 Business Coaching provides business coaching, perspective, questioning and accountability. Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, business operations and results.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise or guarantee any specific revenue, profit, growth, personal, team or business outcome. Results vary and depend on factors including your decisions, effort, implementation, market conditions and circumstances outside either party’s control.

Not professional advice or treatment

Coaching is not financial product advice, legal advice, accounting or tax advice, medical care, mental health treatment, counselling or therapy. Where a matter requires regulated or specialist expertise, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Your wellbeing and decisions

You decide whether and how to act on matters discussed in coaching. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, contact a qualified health professional or emergency service. Business and investment decisions should be independently assessed before commitment.

Consumer rights

This disclaimer does not exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Coaching services will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation and other engagement terms.
